Our principals bring more than three decades of experience across residential and commercial real estate. We manage a deliberately small portfolio so we can answer the phone, show up to maintenance calls ourselves, and treat every home like it's our own.
For land development, construction, and renovation work, we partner with AKFP Properties. That partnership lets us pass cost savings on to clients and means your home is rarely more than one phone call from someone who can actually fix something.
